Jake Paul Reveals Planned Feb. 11th Announcement For Canelo Fight

Jake Paul revealed on social media that Canelo Alvarez had a signed contract for a fight against him that they would announce on February 11th before he chose to go in a different direction to ink a four-fight contract with Turki Al-Sheikh.

Paul exposed Canelo for being a liar by saying that he doesn’t fight YouTubers and only takes real fights. Jake says Canelo’s fight against Terence Crawford is him facing a former 135-pounder and “running from a real fighter, David Benavidez.”

Fans feel Canelo’s decision to fight the 37-year-old welterweight Terence Crawford rather than Benavidez is a sign of weakness. Canelo-Crawford is a circus fight. 

“Time to expose him. We had a signed contract to fight to fight. Here you can see Canelo’s signature and my signature to the fight,” said Jake Paul on X, revealing that Canelo Alvarez had signed a contract to fight him.

“He’s claiming he’s not fighting YouTubers. Bull s***. Look at the poster. We were announcing February 11th. Claiming he’s fighting real fighters, but he’s fighting Crawford, a 135-lb fighter and running from a real fighter, David Benavidez. You b****.

“The truth is, you can be bought. You’re a money-hungry squirrel chasing your next nut. The truth is, these sports-washing, shady characters are paying you hundreds of millions to stop our fight from happening because they couldn’t fathom the fact that they couldn’t create a bigger fight than me and you.

“Al Haymon has made you hundreds of millions, and you turned your back on him for this check. Disloyal, and you were begging to do this fight on pay-per-view, but I have loyalty. Loyalty to Netflix for doing the biggest numbers.

“You call me a YouTuber, but you’ve never had a boxing match as big as mine. Remember when you told your team that your daughter came home and asked if you’re fighting Jake Paul and you were excited because that was the first time your daughter asked you about a fight.

“You’re screwing over all your Mexican fans by going your fights in Saudi. It shows the kind of person you are. I promise you one thing, Canelo. Any fight you do this year, mine will be bigger.  So go f*** off to your boss, you Ring Magazine employee, you pink and orange b***. Oh, fix that herpe on your lip, you dirty,” said Jake.
