Summer Shape Up 2024 Winners

Our team is continuously impressed by our LSF community. All the women in this community worked their butts off and we’re so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this 6 week challenge so strong and your transformations, inside and out, were INCREDIBLE!

GRAND PRIZE WINNER

Kim’s Story: 

“When I started Summer Shape Up I was not a good place because I had stopped working out and was not eating healthy. I have done many LSF challenges in the past but I had stopped working out for awhile and was not feeling my best mentally or physically.”

“When I saw Summer Shape up was starting I decided I was going to start fresh and make a new healthy routine with working out and eating healthy. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to make a new routine but once I got past the first week it got easier thanks to the Move App, Hot Body Meal Plan, and the amazing LSF community to help keep me motivated. I now work out every morning and it has changed my mental health so much. I struggle with anxiety and working out helps me out so much.”

“I have come so far and making healthier choices every day. I am making progress each week which is all that matters to me. I lost 7 pounds this challenge but also have a non scale victory because my clothes that were once tight are barely fitting. I have went down from a size medium to small. My biggest victory is that I feel better not only physically but mentally. I am so thankful for Teamlsf because I know they are what helps keep me going during challenges and after.”

Morgan’s Story:

I still struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle when my home routine is interrupted. This year it was really eye opening for me. I weighed myself in June after our trips and have never been this high on the scale. I was just overall tired and sluggish.”

“This past 6 weeks helped me realize that I can do so much more than I think I’m capable of. I am sad the challenge has ended but still plan to check in and do the app workouts moving forward. The support from Team LSF and the community is unlike anything I have ever gotten from a gym, workout class or online platform. So proud of all the girls in the challenge. These girls inspired me everyday to show up for myself. I love that we are like a little online family.”

Jessie (Ohmissjessie)

Jessie’s Story: 

“This was my very first time ever doing any kind of love sweat fitness workouts/challenge.  I joined the MOVE app a week before the challenge and was blown away by how difficult but fun the workouts were. I also had bought the hot body nutrition plan and the 14 day [shape up] along time ago, like years ago, and had never followed them. But I decided to do them this time and I was blown away by how easy the meal plan actually was to follow. I love how you offer easy swap outs for carbs and fats and just how realistic the meal plan is. I’m able to still make meals with my husband at night, but also stick to my goals.”

“I joined goals gang about halfway through the challenge and I feel like that really was what catapulted me into the community a little bit more. The girls in there are very motivating. It’s also really refreshing to see you, Katie, interacting with us and providing Lil tidbits along the way. I love the motivation and going deeper than just the workouts and the meal plan. I think that’s really what sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs that I’ve been a part of for years.”

“I just feel like for the first time in two years since giving birth to my son, I have found a way to make time for myself, to regain my body, to regain my mental clarity and actually have fun taking care of myself again. I honestly didn’t know if I would ever lose the baby weight and postpartum weight that I had put on from the three years of not really taking care of myself. But as I started to work out, and as I followed the nutrition plan, the weight started to shed effortlessly. The nutrition plan to me is what is so game changing- the meals makes sense from a nutritional standpoint, but they’re also so satisfying and I never felt deprived. I feel like my eyes have been opened to a whole new way of living, as silly as that sounds. And I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good about myself, I am pouring that energy into my family as well. I feel like a better mom, I feel like a better wife and I just feel motivated in all areas of my life now.”

PINK HEART RECIPIENT

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member in the #teamLSF community who not only stayed dedicated to their own fitness journey, but was also extremely encouraging of her fellow #teamlsf babes! Every challenge we ask members to submit people who motivated them and was a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

“This girl has a busy life! She’s always getting her workouts in even if it’s super late. Her posts are fun and I love that she does her workouts with her mom and includes her daughter in pics.” 

Evey’s Story: 

“I’m not only battling anxiety from exhaustion and long distance, but also being a single mom physically right now. Without the help of team lsf, I might have stopped working out.” 

“Although I didn’t lose much pounds this challenge, I did gain strength, muscle, and the ability to eat well and workout through hard challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat properly without restricting the foods I love to eat and without giving up my sweet tooth. I learned that patience is key and to not compare myself to anyone who I think might look better than me or compare myself to my old body.”

“This challenge has taught me that it is okay to modify things when it gets difficult, but to always remember the “why” I’m doing this so I don’t give up and fall out of routine. I wouldn’t say I lost my Love handles like I wanted to, but I did gain muscle in my glutes and toned my arms…which was one of my other goals I’ve had for 2+ years.”

“I used the LSF 14 day shape up and HBMP while I was doing this challenge. I even brought my meal plans to my vacation up north. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that would satisfy my hunger yet keep my goals in tact. During this challenge, I discovered my love for wing woman and now I cannot stop drinking it everyday. It has not only helped my immune system, but it is my favorite morning beverage that I cannot go a day without.”
